Incorporates the Refund & Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THEY FORM A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MRS VATHSALA JAIN, AN INDIVIDUAL CARRYING ON BUSINESS AS MRQRY.

SECTIONS 29โ€“34 GOVERN HOW CLAIMS BETWEEN YOU AND MRQRY ARE RESOLVED AND REQUIRE, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS: (1) YOU MAY PURSUE CLAIMS AGAINST MRQRY ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING; AND (2) YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK RELIEF IN A COURT OF LAW AND TO A TRIAL BY JURY, EXCEPT WHERE MANDATORY LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE.

SECTIONS 3โ€“11 DESCRIBE THE NATURE AND LIMITS OF ASTROLOGY SERVICES, WHICH ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND PERSONAL-GUIDANCE PURPOSES ONLY.

01

Acceptance of Terms

By booking, purchasing, accessing or participating in any MRQRY consultation, report or related service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy displayed at the time of booking.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not book, purchase or use the services.

Completion of the booking process and acceptance checkbox shall constitute electronic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions to the extent permitted under applicable law.

02

Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.

By completing a booking, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements.

Where an astrological reading concerns a person below eighteen (18) years of age, the booking must be made by the minor's parent or lawful legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian shall be the contracting party and shall:

(a) accept these Terms on behalf of the minor;

(b) provide or authorise the provision of the minor's information;

(c) consent to the minor's participation in the consultation; and

(d) remain present throughout the live consultation.

MRQRY may require a written confirmation or declaration from the parent or legal guardian at the time of booking or before the session begins.

MRQRY may terminate or decline such consultation where appropriate parental or guardian consent is absent.

In such circumstances, and subject to applicable law, the booking may be treated as a no-show and the amount paid may be forfeited.

03

Nature of mrqry Services

MRQRY provides Vedic astrology consultations, horoscope and chart interpretations, astrological reports, remedial suggestions and related educational and personal-guidance services.

Astrology is interpretive in nature and is based upon traditional astrological systems and methodologies. It is not presented as scientifically established fact, and astrology is not scientifically validated as a predictive method.

04

Informational & Personal Guidance Only

All consultations, reports, predictions, observations, interpretations, remedial suggestions and other materials supplied by MRQRY are provided solely for informational, educational, reflective and personal-guidance purposes.

Any report is prepared on the basis of the astrological principles, planetary positions, birth details and other information supplied by the client.

The interpretations and predictions contained in a report represent the astrologer's professional assessment based upon the applicable astrological methodology and should be understood as indicative possibilities, tendencies and guidance rather than absolute, certain or guaranteed outcomes.

The purpose of the service is to assist the client in reflection, awareness and personal decision-making and not to predetermine or guarantee future events.

05

No Guarantee of Predictions or Outcomes

Astrological interpretation necessarily involves professional judgment, interpretation, uncertainty and differences between astrological traditions and methodologies.

Accordingly, MRQRY does not represent, warrant or guarantee that any prediction, timing, event, relationship outcome, career outcome, financial outcome, remedy, recommendation or anticipated result will occur.

No statement made during a consultation shall be construed as an unconditional promise, guarantee or warranty concerning any future event.

06

Client Responsibility & Independent Decision-Making

The client remains solely responsible for his or her decisions, conduct, relationships, finances, health-related decisions, career decisions, business decisions and all other actions taken before, during or after receiving the services.

The client shall exercise independent judgment and, wherever appropriate, obtain advice from suitably qualified professionals before making material medical, legal, financial, investment, business or other consequential decisions.

07

Accuracy of Birth & Client Information

The quality and nature of an astrological interpretation depends materially upon the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied by the client.

The client is responsible for providing accurate birth date, birth time, birthplace, questions and other relevant information.

MRQRY shall not be responsible for any interpretation, conclusion or prediction materially affected by inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or subsequently corrected information supplied by the client.

08

Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer

MRQRY does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, diagnostic or healthcare services.

No consultation, report, prediction, remedy or recommendation should be understood as medical or mental-health advice or as a diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any medical or psychological condition.

Clients should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional for medical or mental-health matters.

09

Financial, Investment & Tax Disclaimer

MRQRY does not provide financial, investment, securities, accounting or tax advice.

Astrological guidance must not be treated as the sole or primary basis for investment, borrowing, trading, business transactions, tax decisions or other financial commitments.

MRQRY does not guarantee financial returns, profits, investment performance or economic outcomes.

10

Legal Disclaimer

MRQRY does not provide legal advice.

No consultation or report creates an attorney-client relationship, solicitor-client relationship or any other professional legal relationship.

Clients should obtain independent advice from a qualified legal professional in relation to legal matters.

11

Sensitive & Prohibited Topics

MRQRY may decline to answer questions or provide predictions concerning death, serious illness, criminal conduct, self-harm, harm to others, guaranteed pregnancy or fertility outcomes, guaranteed financial returns or any other subject which MRQRY reasonably considers inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful or outside the intended scope of its services.

12

Session Scope & Time Limits

A booking covers only the service, duration, participants and deliverables specifically identified at the time of purchase.

A consultation shall conclude at the scheduled end time notwithstanding that the client may have additional questions.

Any additional consultation, analysis or report shall require a separate booking or payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13

Multiple-Person, Couple & Family Sessions

Where a booking concerns more than one person, the person making the booking represents that he or she is authorised to provide the relevant information and, where necessary, has obtained appropriate consent from the concerned persons.

MRQRY may impose additional consent, confidentiality or participation requirements for joint consultations.

14

Reports & Written Materials

Any written report, horoscope, chart, summary or remedial recommendation reflects the information available and the interpretive methodology used at the time it was prepared.

Such materials constitute professional astrological interpretation and are not guarantees of future events or outcomes.

Reports may contain technical, computational, transcriptional or interpretive errors, and MRQRY shall be entitled to reasonably correct or clarify such errors where identified.

15

Payments, Pricing & Taxes

Prices shall be those displayed or agreed at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated, payment shall be made in full before a consultation is confirmed.

The client shall be responsible for applicable taxes, payment-provider charges, currency-conversion charges and other third-party charges to the extent disclosed and legally permissible.

16

Cancellation, Rescheduling, Late Arrival & No-Show

16.1 Cancellation by Client

A client may cancel a confirmed consultation and become eligible for a refund only where the cancellation request is received by MRQRY at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled commencement time of the consultation.

The forty-eight (48) hour period shall be calculated with reference to the date and time specified in the booking confirmation.

16.2 Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours Before the Session

Where a client cancels the consultation less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled commencement time, the amount paid shall ordinarily be non-refundable.

The client expressly acknowledges that, upon confirmation of a booking, MRQRY reserves professional time, administrative resources and, where applicable, undertakes preparatory work specifically in connection with that booking.

A cancellation within forty-eight (48) hours materially restricts MRQRY's ability to reallocate the reserved professional time and may result in:

(a) loss of professional opportunity;

(b) administrative and scheduling costs;

(c) preparatory costs and expenditure; and

(d) monetary loss to MRQRY.

Accordingly, cancellation within the restricted forty-eight (48) hour period shall ordinarily result in forfeiture of the amount paid, subject always to any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

16.3 Cancellation 48 Hours or More Before the Session

Where cancellation is received at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled commencement time, the client shall be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, without deduction of payment-processing charges.

16.4 Rescheduling

A request for rescheduling received at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session may, subject to availability and at MRQRY's discretion, be accommodated.

A request for rescheduling made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled session may be treated as a cancellation within the restricted cancellation period and may result in forfeiture of the amount paid.

16.5 Late Arrival

Late arrival shall not automatically extend the scheduled consultation period.

The consultation shall ordinarily conclude at the originally scheduled end time.

16.6 No-Show

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior cancellation shall constitute a no-show.

A no-show shall result in forfeiture of the full amount paid.

16.7 Cancellation by MRQRY

Where MRQRY cancels a confirmed consultation, or is unable to provide it at the scheduled time for reasons other than a Force Majeure Event, the client may elect either (a) a full refund of the amount paid for the affected service; or (b) priority rescheduling to the next mutually convenient time.

Such refund or rescheduling, at the client's election, shall constitute the client's sole and exclusive remedy in respect of the cancellation, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

17

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility shall be determined in accordance with the following rules:

(a) Cancellation 48 hours or more before the scheduled session: a full refund of the amount paid shall be available, without deduction of payment-processing charges.

(b) Cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled session: the amount paid shall ordinarily be non-refundable.

(c) No-show or failure to attend the scheduled consultation: the amount paid shall ordinarily be non-refundable.

(d) Once a consultation has commenced or been completed: the fee shall be non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

(e) Once preparation of a customised report or bespoke deliverable has commenced: the fee attributable to such work shall ordinarily be non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

For the purposes of these Terms, preparation of a customised report or bespoke deliverable shall be deemed to have commenced once the client's birth data has been entered into the chart-calculation system or the first interpretive notes have been made, whichever occurs earlier.

The client acknowledges that the forty-eight (48) hour cancellation restriction is commercially necessary because cancellation within that period may cause MRQRY monetary loss, loss of professional opportunity, scheduling disruption and preparatory expenditure.

Any refund shall be made only to the original payment method used for the booking, through the applicable payment provider.

MRQRY's obligation shall be limited to initiating the refund within seven (7) business days of the refund being approved. The time thereafter taken by the payment provider, card network or issuing bank to credit the refund is beyond MRQRY's control and is expressly disclaimed.

Refunds shall be made as per banking norms at the exchange rate as may be applicable at the time of booking. MRQRY shall not be responsible for exchange-rate movements, or for any charge levied by the client's bank or card issuer, between the dates of payment and refund.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation, refund, redress or other consumer right which cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

18

Privacy & Processing of Client Data

MRQRY processes identity and contact details, birth information, booking details, questions, payment-related records and consultation information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

Birth details, personal questions and consultation content are processed only for the purpose of providing the booked service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Payment-card information may be processed by third-party payment processors and may not be directly stored by MRQRY.

19

Confidentiality

MRQRY shall take reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of non-public client information, subject to its Privacy Policy, operational requirements, legal obligations, safety considerations, service providers and any consent provided by the client.

However, no internet-based system or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

20

Session Recording & Consent

Recording of a consultation is available only for consultations conducted by video call.

Neither party may record a consultation, by any means, without the prior written consent of the other party and any consent required by applicable law.

A client who wishes to receive a recording must make an express written request to MRQRY prior to or during the consultation. MRQRY may approve or decline any such request at its sole discretion. Where approved, the recording shall be made and supplied by MRQRY; the client shall not make any recording of their own.

Any recording supplied shall remain the intellectual property of MRQRY and is licensed to the client solely for private, personal and non-commercial use.

Publication, uploading, broadcasting or distribution of a recording, in whole or in part, without MRQRY's prior written permission shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and an infringement of MRQRY's rights, entitling MRQRY to injunctive relief, removal of the content, and damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

21

Third-Party Services & Technology

MRQRY may use third-party providers for scheduling, payment processing, video conferencing, communications, analytics, hosting, chart calculations and other operational functions.

MRQRY shall not be responsible for failures, interruptions or security incidents attributable solely to an independent third-party provider, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

22

Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

All proprietary reports, layouts, graphics, branding, written content, methodologies, software, materials and other intellectual property supplied or used by MRQRY shall remain the property of MRQRY or its licensors.

The client receives a limited, personal and non-commercial right to use the client-facing materials.

No report or material may be commercially reproduced, resold, republished, distributed or represented as the client's own work without prior written permission.

23

Remedies, Recommendations & Rituals

Any gemstone, mantra, ritual, lifestyle recommendation or other remedial suggestion is provided solely as traditional astrological guidance.

Such recommendations are not medical, scientific or guaranteed interventions.

The client independently decides whether to follow any recommendation and remains responsible for any associated cost or consequence.

24

Technical Requirements

The client is responsible for maintaining a suitable device, internet connection, communication software, private environment and correct time-zone settings necessary to participate in the consultation.

MRQRY shall not be responsible for technical difficulties arising solely from the client's equipment, internet connection or environment.

25

Assumption of Risk & Voluntary Use

The client acknowledges that astrology-based services are interpretive and inherently uncertain.

The client voluntarily chooses to obtain and use such services and agrees to exercise independent judgment and obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.

26

Release and Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the client releases MRQRY, its owner, personnel, contractors and affiliates from claims arising solely from the client's voluntary reliance upon astrological interpretations, predictions, recommendations or guidance.

Nothing in this provision shall exclude or waive liability or rights which cannot legally be excluded or waived.

27

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MRQRY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential losses arising out of or relating to the services.

Subject to applicable law, the aggregate liability of MRQRY in respect of any claim arising from a particular service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for that specific service.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

28

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless MRQRY, its owner, personnel, contractors and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, costs and reasonable expenses arising from:

(a) the client's unlawful use of the services;

(b) breach of these Terms;

(c) infringement of another person's rights;

(d) unauthorised submission or disclosure of another person's personal information; or

(e) the client's wilful misconduct or fraudulent conduct.

29

Dispute Resolution

Before commencing arbitration, the party raising a dispute shall provide written notice to the other party setting out the nature of the dispute and the relief sought.

The parties shall endeavour in good faith to resolve the dispute amicably through written communication and reasonable discussion within fifteen (15) days of receipt of such notice.

If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may invoke arbitration in accordance with Clause 30.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or protective relief from a competent court where such relief is permitted by law.

30

Binding Arbitration

Subject to applicable mandatory law, any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, any booking, consultation, report, payment, cancellation, refund, service or the relationship between the client and MRQRY, including any question concerning the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, termination or enforceability of these Terms, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration.

This arbitration agreement shall constitute a separate and independent agreement between the parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any arbitration or proceeding under these Terms shall be conducted on an individual basis only. Neither party shall commence, join, participate in or maintain any claim as a plaintiff or member of any class, collective, consolidated or representative action or arbitration, and the arbitrator shall have no authority to conduct any proceeding on a class, collective, consolidated or representative basis. Nothing in this Clause excludes or restricts any statutory right which cannot lawfully be waived.

The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.

31

Seat, Venue and Juridical Supervision

The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, Delhi, India.

New Delhi shall constitute the juridical seat of the arbitration.

The arbitration may, at the discretion of the arbitrator, be conducted physically, virtually or at another convenient venue, provided that such venue shall not alter the juridical seat of arbitration.

Subject to applicable law, the courts having competent jurisdiction at New Delhi shall have supervisory jurisdiction over the arbitration and proceedings contemplated under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

32

Appointment of Arbitrator

The dispute shall be determined by a sole arbitrator.

The parties shall endeavour to mutually appoint the sole arbitrator within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a written notice invoking arbitration.

In the event that the parties fail to mutually agree upon or appoint the arbitrator within the period prescribed by applicable law, either party may seek appointment of the arbitrator by the competent court or authority in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The arbitrator shall be independent and impartial and shall make the disclosures required by applicable law.

33

Conduct, Language and Award

The arbitration shall ordinarily be conducted in English.

The arbitral proceedings may be conducted through physical hearings, video conferencing or other appropriate electronic means.

The arbitrator shall determine the dispute in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the parties' agreement.

The arbitral award shall be made in writing and shall, subject to the limited statutory grounds available for challenge or setting aside, be final and binding upon the parties.

The parties may seek recognition and enforcement of the award in accordance with applicable Indian law.

34

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and the relationship between the client and MRQRY shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, Delhi, India.

Subject to the arbitration agreement and any mandatory statutory or consumer-protection rights which cannot lawfully be excluded, the courts having competent jurisdiction at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction in relation to matters arising from or connected with the arbitration, including applications contemplated under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and proceedings concerning enforcement or setting aside of an arbitral award.

35

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified or enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

The invalidity of any portion of the arbitration agreement shall not, to the extent legally permissible, affect the remaining provisions of the arbitration agreement.

36

Force Majeure

36.1 Force Majeure Event

MRQRY shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, suspension or inability to provide any consultation, report, booking, communication or other service where such failure, delay, interruption, suspension or inability results from or is caused, directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of MRQRY (a "Force Majeure Event").

Force Majeure Events may include, without limitation:

(a) acts of God, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, storms, fire or other natural calamities;

(b) epidemic, pandemic, public-health emergency, quarantine, lockdown or restrictions imposed by any governmental or public authority;

(c) war, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, insurrection, public disorder or other circumstances affecting public safety;

(d) governmental orders, restrictions, prohibitions, regulatory measures or changes in law which materially affect the provision of the services;

(e) strikes, labour disputes, industrial action or other disruptions not limited to the personnel of MRQRY;

(f) failure, interruption or substantial disruption of electricity, telecommunications, internet connectivity, hosting infrastructure, cloud services, payment gateways, video-conferencing platforms or other third-party technology or infrastructure, where such disruption is beyond the reasonable control of MRQRY;

(g) cyber-attacks, denial-of-service attacks, widespread malware incidents or other material cybersecurity incidents, except to the extent caused by MRQRY's wilful misconduct or failure to take reasonable security measures required by applicable law;

(h) sudden illness, incapacity or other unavoidable personal emergency affecting the astrologer or essential personnel required to provide the booked service; and

(i) any other event or circumstance which could not reasonably have been prevented, avoided or overcome by MRQRY despite the exercise of reasonable care and diligence.

36.2 Effect of Force Majeure Event

During the continuance of a Force Majeure Event, MRQRY's obligations affected by the Force Majeure Event shall be suspended for the period and to the extent that performance is prevented, delayed or materially impaired.

MRQRY shall use reasonable efforts, having regard to the circumstances, to notify the client of any material disruption and, where reasonably practicable, provide an alternative date, time, mode of consultation or other reasonable arrangement for performance of the affected service.

Where a Force Majeure Event prevents a booked consultation from taking place and the consultation cannot reasonably be rescheduled within thirty (30) days of the originally scheduled date, the client may elect a full refund of the amount paid for the affected service.

37

Warranties, Representations & Disclaimer

37.1 Limited Nature of Warranty

MRQRY warrants only that it shall use reasonable care and professional diligence in providing the services expressly described in the applicable booking or service description.

Except for the limited warranty expressly stated in this Clause, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MRQRY makes no representation, warranty or guarantee, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, regarding the services or any outcome arising from them.

37.2 No Warranty as to Predictions or Outcomes

The client expressly acknowledges that astrology is interpretive in nature and that any prediction, interpretation, assessment, timing, remedial suggestion or guidance involves inherent uncertainty.

Accordingly, MRQRY does not warrant or guarantee:

(a) the accuracy, certainty or completeness of any astrological prediction;

(b) that any predicted event will occur;

(c) that any predicted event will occur within a particular period;

(d) any particular outcome concerning health, relationships, marriage, family, career, employment, business, litigation, finances, investments, wealth or other matters;

(e) that any remedial measure, ritual, gemstone, mantra or recommendation will produce any particular result; or

(f) that the services will meet the client's subjective expectations or achieve any particular personal, professional, financial or other objective.

37.3 "As Is" and "As Available"

Except to the extent expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law, the services, consultations, reports, interpretations, recommendations, website content and other materials provided by MRQRY are supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

MRQRY does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, continuously available, error-free or free from technical defects.

37.4 Third-Party Services

MRQRY does not warrant the uninterrupted availability, security, accuracy or performance of any third-party platform, payment gateway, video-conferencing service, internet service, hosting service, communication platform, chart-calculation software or other third-party technology used in connection with the services.

37.5 Client Information

MRQRY does not warrant the accuracy of any interpretation to the extent that such interpretation is affected by inaccurate, incomplete, incorrect or misleading information supplied by the client, including incorrect birth date, birth time, birthplace or other relevant information.

37.6 No Professional Advice

Nothing provided by MRQRY shall constitute a warranty or representation that the services constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting or other regulated professional advice.

The client shall obtain independent advice from an appropriately qualified professional wherever required.

38

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

MRQRY reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to decline, suspend or discontinue any booking, consultation, report or service, including where the request falls outside the intended scope of the services, where required information or consent is absent, or where proceeding would in MRQRY's reasonable view be inappropriate, unsafe or unlawful.

Where MRQRY declines or discontinues a service under this Clause other than by reason of the client's breach or conduct, the client shall receive a refund of the amount paid for the undelivered service, which shall constitute the client's sole and exclusive remedy.

39

Client Conduct

The client shall engage with MRQRY respectfully and lawfully. MRQRY may terminate a consultation without refund where the client is abusive, threatening, harassing, intoxicated or materially disruptive, or where the client uses the consultation for an unlawful purpose.

40

Chargebacks

The client agrees to raise any billing or refund dispute with MRQRY under the dispute-resolution provisions of these Terms before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal. Initiating a chargeback in respect of an amount properly charged under these Terms shall constitute a breach of these Terms, and MRQRY may recover from the client the fees, costs and reasonable expenses incurred in responding to it.

Nothing in this Clause restricts any statutory right the client may have in relation to payment disputes.

41

Amendments

MRQRY may amend these Terms from time to time. Each amendment shall apply prospectively from the effective date of the revised version published on the website. Each booking shall be governed by the version of these Terms accepted at the time of that booking.

42

Order of Precedence

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any policy incorporated by reference, including the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Privacy Policy, these Terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

43

Notices

Notices to MRQRY shall be sent by email to inquiry@mrqry.com. Notices to the client shall be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. A notice sent by email shall be deemed received on the next business day after transmission, absent evidence of non-delivery.

44

Entire Agreement, Survival & Assignment

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference and the applicable booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between the parties in respect of the services.

Provisions which by their nature are intended to survive, including those relating to disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, dispute resolution and governing law, shall survive completion of the services.

The client may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without MRQRY's prior written consent. MRQRY may assign these Terms to a successor of the business.

No failure or delay by MRQRY in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right.

45

Electronic Acceptance & Booking Acknowledgment
