Scope
This policy covers live consultations (30-minute, 60-minute, and Couples sessions) and the Personalised Kundli report, booked and paid for at mrqry.com. It forms part of the Terms & Conditions accepted at checkout.
Cancelling a consultation
48 hours or more before the session: cancel for a full refund, or reschedule at no charge.
Less than 48 hours before the session: the fee is not refundable. One complimentary reschedule to a mutually available slot is offered instead.
Missed sessions: if you do not join within 15 minutes of the scheduled start and have not contacted us, the session is treated as delivered and the fee is forfeited.
Rescheduling
Requests made 48 hours or more before the session may be rescheduled without charge. Each booking may be rescheduled up to twice; further changes are treated as a cancellation under Section 02.
Cancellation by mrqry
If we cancel or cannot deliver a session, you choose between a full refund and priority rescheduling. This applies regardless of notice period.
Late arrival and technical issues
A session begins at its scheduled time. If you join late, the remaining time is honoured but the session ends as scheduled and no refund or extension applies.
If a session fails for reasons on our side — including our connection or platform failure — we will resume immediately where possible, or reschedule the full remaining time at no charge.
Bookings covering several people
Where one booking covers several people or couples, cancellation and rescheduling apply per person or per couple, and any refund is proportional to the cancelled part of the booking. The timing rules of Section 02 apply to each part separately.
Sessions involving minors
Bookings for persons under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who must be present for the entire session. If a minor attends unaccompanied, mrqry may end or cancel the session without refund, as acknowledged at booking.
The Personalised Kundli report
The report is individually prepared from your birth details. Once preparation has begun, the fee is not refundable. Before preparation begins, you may cancel for a full refund or correct the birth details supplied.
If a delivered report contains a computational error on our side, we will correct and reissue it at no charge. If the birth details supplied at booking were incorrect, a reissue is available at the then-current report price.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider, normally within 7–10 business days of approval. Where a currency conversion applied at payment, the refund is made in the amount originally charged; exchange-rate differences and bank charges are outside our control.
How to cancel or reschedule
Email appointments@mrqry.com from the address used at booking, with your booking reference. The time of your email determines which part of Section 02 applies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force when you book is the version that applies to that booking.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, consistent with the Terms & Conditions.
